Direction for use
1. When handling diamond drills, handle them gently to prevent damage to the diamond teeth.
2. When the drill bit is buckled or unloaded, a special drill box should be used for buckle. When there is no special drill box, the crown (working surface) of the drill should be wrapped with sackcloth to prevent damage to the diamond sheet.
3. Before the diamond bit enters the well, the bottom of the well should be cleaned to ensure that there are no falling objects at the bottom of the well.
4. The drill bit should be lowered slowly in the casing. At present, it should be about 0.5 meters to the bottom of the moment well. A large displacement circulating mud should be used, and then the drill should be slowly lowered to the bottom of the well.
5. The new drill bit should be drilled with a lower drilling pressure and speed, and drill 1.5 meters to 2 meters. After the new drill bit completely matches the formation, it should gradually increase to normal drilling pressure. 6. Diamond drills cannot be used for scoring. The diamond drill bit should be carefully checked for the worn outer diameter of the previous drill bit before entering the well, and avoid scratching.
7. The diamond drill has the characteristics of wear resistance and fragility. During use, the operator should send the drill smoothly and evenly, to prevent slipping, drilling, and jamming. When it is blocked, it cannot be lifted, released or turned sharply.
8. After receiving a single piece each time, when lowering the drilling tool: please press "Fourth".
