Roschen Wireline drill rods used materials 4130, same as Europe and USA materials. The whole piece of drill rods was heat treated.
From WLA to WLP, Parallel Threaded Drill Rods, DCDMA sizes AW-HW, and Metric sizes 42mm to 90mm, tapered threaded drill rods, DCDMA sizes AWY to NWY, AWJ, BWJ and S75 drill rods.
Geological steel pipe-entire length thermal treatment, NC lathe with former cutters
Material: 30CrMnSiA or 45MnMoB or XJY850 or BG850
Features
1. Our drill rods are of the highest quality, are manufactured to exacting specifications using advancing maching technoogy.
2. They are manufactured from seamless steel tube by cold drawn. The material is XJY850/30CrMnSiA which meets the global standard.
3. Drill rods are made from quality heat treated materials which ensure superior strength, wear resistance and toughness in the most demanding applications.
4. Rods and casing are manufactured under stringent industry standards, and are field tested under a variety of conditions.
5. All rods are designed to be compatible with other rods manufactured to the standard DCDMA.

How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.
How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T (HSBC bank), Western Union are the most usual ways we are using.
What’s the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don’t have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
